PRE FAB MODULAR ADU’S
We not only design custom homes but also pre fabricated modular ADU’s, DADU’s and cabins that can be deployed anywhere. From urban sites in Seattle, WA and King County to remote sites on the Washington Coast like Forks and La Push or mountainous locations like Winthrop, Leavenworth and Cle Elum, Terralite Modular Pre Fab units can fit your needs. Instead of re-inventing the wheel and using unproven prefab construction methods we utilize the same techniques and processes used by the manufactured home industry for decades that are proven to deliver actual affordable housing.

10+ yrs of experience in the industry
Matthew Fuhr is a residential designer who graduated with a Masters degree in Architecture from the University of Washington in 2015 after receiving a Bachelors degree in Architecture from the University of Idaho. He worked for a Seattle based architecture firm for a few years before starting a successful Architectural Visualization company, Feature Graphics, which provides renderings, drone photography, 3D animations, and virtual reality experiences for some of Seattle’s largest architecture projects. These projects include the Northgate Mall and Yesler Terrace redevelopment as well as numerous high rise towers that now make up the Seattle skyline.
As a residential designer, he believes in respecting the landscape of a site and working with nature rather than against it. At Terralite Design, he employs an earth focused design process that takes cues from the landscape to find unique opportunities that shape and enhance the home that sits upon it. While each home is unique, he has crafted a design aesthetic that is timeless by utilizing contemporary clean forms, natural materials, exposed structural beams, and light filled spaces oriented to views.
